I’m Cody Posey, a New Braunfels–based REALTOR® with a heart for service and a deep connection to the Texas Hill Country. Before real estate, I spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, where I learned the value of integrity, clear communication, and putting people first. Those lessons guide how I serve buyers and sellers today.
After retiring from the military, my family and I chose the Hill Country as our home. Its mix of community, beauty, and opportunity felt like the perfect place to begin our next chapter. Real estate quickly became more than a career—it became a way to help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence.
